Top 10 Upcoming Bollywood Movies In 2025: Sikandar (March 30, 2025)
There isn’t a single Bollywood fan who isn’t eagerly waiting for Bhai to return to the theatres. Well, we already know this year, Eid will be incomplete without Salman Khan’s Sikandar.
Releasing on March 30, this upcoming Bollywood movie directed by A.R Murugadoss is about Sikandar as he fights against social corruption and injustices. Featuring actors like Sharman Joshi, Rashmika Mandanna, and Prateik Babber, Sikander will be a mass favourite with its action, drama, and, obviously, Salman Khan.
Just a spoiler: Salman Khan will have a dual role this time!

Bhooth Bangla (April 2, 2025)
With this film, seeing Akshay Kumar back in his element, comedy, will be exciting. The OG Bhool Bhuliya was one of the funniest horror-comedy films, thanks to Akshay Kumar. But will that same thing be found again in his latest Bhooth Bangla?
Directed by Priyadarshan, this upcoming Bollywood movie will surely have a roller-coaster of laughter and humor. We are yet to see the first glimpses of this horror-comedy but we might come across actors like Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Tabu, and Wamiqa Gabbi. Releasing on 2nd April, Bhooth Bangla will be a great bone-tickling watch, hopefully with a good storyline.

Bhool Chuk Maaf (April 10, 2025)
Rajkumar Rao will soon be seen in his comic element alongside Wamiqa Gabbi in this upcoming Bollywood movie. As the teaser shows, Bhool Chuk Maaf is a quirky romantic movie with a twist. Although a new concept in Bollywood rom-coms, the first look of the film seems fun and refreshing. Though we might not find the old, tacky jokes, song remakes are there. The idea is new, and the actors are great, but let’s just hope the script offers something fresh and funny.
Raid 2 (May 1, 2025)
A sequel to the popular 2018 film, Raid 2 is also about another income-tax raid. This thriller drama features Ajay Devgn with Ritesh Deshmukh and Vaani Kapoor joining him in this sequel. Raid(2018) was based on a real incident but we are not yet sure about this upcoming Bollywood movie’s storyline. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, Raid 2 is one of the most anticipated films of 2025 I hope it will be worth the wait. Though it is supposed to be released on May 1, rumours say it might be co-released with Salman Khan’s Sikandar on Eid 2025.

Housefull 5 (June 6, 2025)
This franchise will never stop! We thought Housefull 4 would be the last part, but surprise! Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, Housefull 5 is going to feature the OG gang, Akshaye Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh, Chunky Pandey, and Johnny Lever. Though we aren’t sure of the other lead actors yet, we might also find Sanjay Dutt and Abhishek Bachchan alongside. Well, what else would you call it other than a star-packed blockbuster? The trailer will be released soon and answer our question: Is it a hit or a pass?

Maalik (June 20, 2025)
This upcoming Bollywood movie will surely be a banger! And why not? Rajkumar Rao and his new gangster look are ultimately killing it. As the poster suggests, Maalik is going to be a gangster thriller and might address socio-political issues. Directed by Pulkit, we will also find Medha Shankr, who is beside Rajkumar Rao as the lead. Maalik will surely rule the theatres and box office after its release on 20th June 2025.
Param Sundari (July 25, 2025)
Amidst all the action films, Tushar Jalota’s Param Sundari will be a warm and heartwarming Bollywood Rom-com. This upcoming Bollywood movie featuring Janhvi Kapoor and Siddharth Malhotra is rumoured to encapsulate the romance of a Delhi guy and a Kerala girl, portraying their hilarious cultural fiasco. We are also to see Akshaye Khanna alongside the protagonists. All set to hit the theatres on 25th July, will Param Sundari become a fan favourite? We are yet to find that out.
War 2 (August 14, 2025)
After the blockbuster 2019 film, Hrithik Roshan returns with a power-packed sequel this August. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, War 2 stars superstar NTR Junior alongside Kiara Advani and Hrithik Roshan.
While fans may miss Tiger Shroff on the big screen, the dynamic pairing of NTR Junior and Hrithik will surely set the screen on fire. Hitting theatres on August 14th, we can’t wait for the film’s stunning first look!
Baaghi 4 (September 5, 2025)
The Baaghi franchise has been very successful over the years. It was so much so that the makers decided to release the 4th installment this September; Tiger Shroff will rule the screen again with his acrobatic skills, fight sequences, and punchlines. Though we have yet to get the film’s teaser, some rumours point out that Sanjay Dutt will be a part of the film. Well, that will undoubtedly elevate the experience and action for the fans.

Alpha (December 25, 2025)
Starring Alia Bhat and Sharvari, this upcoming Bollywood movie will be released this Christmas. Though the shooting is still in progress, the title announcement hints that the film revolves around two female agents who undertake dangerous situations to fight against the evils in the adventurous world of espionage, popularly known as the YRF Spy Universe!
Directed by Shiv Rawail, fans are anticipating this film to be another stunning action-packed thriller. Hopefully, Alpha will be a great Christmas treat for us. Fingers crossed!
