Stranger Things season 4 volume 2 (1st July)
After the critically acclaimed volume 1, which was similarly received by the audiences, Volume 2 will be back with the last two episodes on the july 1st of this month. From the trailers, volume 2 seems darker and sets up for an epic season finale.
Minions: The Rise of Gru (1st July)
Another addition to the Despicable Me franchise, Minions: The Rise of Gru is a sequel to Minions’ spin-off (2015). Set after the first film’s events, it follows a 12-year-old Gru who wants to become evil enough to join his favorite team of Supervillains.
The terminal list (1st July)
Based on the book of the same name, The Terminal List is an action thriller series starring Chris Pratt as Lt. Commander James Reece, whose entire team gets ambushed during a covert operation. He has to find the people behind this while also protecting his family. The series will premiere on Amazon Prime on the first of this month.
Thor: Love and Thunder (7th July)
The only character in the MCU who is getting his 4th solo movie, Thor: Love and Thunder is one of the year’s most anticipated films. Directed by Taika Waititi, who changed the landscape for Thor with Ragnarok, it will be released on 7th July.
Starring Chris Hemsworth in the titular role, it stars Natalie Portman as Jane Foster (and Thor), Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, and Christian Bale as Gorr The God Butcher.
The Boys season 3 Finale ( 8th July)
With episode 7 releasing on the first of the month, the finale of The Boys season 3 will air on 8th July. The Boys is a critically acclaimed show, and season 3 is loved a lot by audiences and critics alike, with many saying it to be the best season till now.
Better Call Saul season 6 part 2 (11th July)
The highly anticipated part two of the sixth season of the critically acclaimed Breaking Bad prequel drops on the 11th of this month (on Netflix) and will finally complete the protagonist’s journey from Jimmy McGill to Saul Goodman.
Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight (14th July)
A Netflix series based on the epic Kung Fu Panda trilogy will drop this month on the 14th and will see the return of Jack Black as Po.
Resident Evil (14th July)
A Netflix series based on the famous video game and movie series, Resident Evil drops on 14th July and will follow Jade Wesker, who is after the people responsible for the global apocalypse caused years ago while fighting the infected survivors.
Persuasion (15th July)
Based on the critically acclaimed novel of the same name by Jane Austin, the film stars Dakota Johnson as Anne Elliot, who has to navigate through life after meeting her former fiance, with whom she had to end her engagement seven years ago. The film will premiere mid-month on Netflix.
Gray Man (22nd July)
Three years after delivering the biggest film of the decade (and second of all time), Russo Brothers are back with a bang! Starring Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans in the lead roles, the film follows a battle between Court Gentry (Gosling), a skilled CIA black ops mercenary who uncovers the dark secrets about the agency and is chased by Lloyd Hansen (Evans), a psychopath former colleague of his. The film also stars Ana De Armas and Dhanush in pivotal roles.
Nope (22nd July)
Jordan Peele has surely become one of the most anticipated horror film directors after his Award-winning Academy film Get out. He followed it with the critically acclaimed Us and now is back with a new science fiction horror film. Nope stars Daniel Kaluuya in the lead and revolves around a ranch where strange incidents are occurring.
DC League of Super-Pets (29th July)
Based on the team Legion of Super-Pets, the film is about Krypto, Superman’s dog, who assembles a team of pets with superpowers to find the disappeared Justice League. The voice cast includes Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, John Krasinski, Keanu Reeves, and many more.

Rocketry: The Nambi Effect (1st July)
Based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former aerospace engineer and scientist, who worked for ISRO and was falsely accused of fraud and espionage, the film stars R Madhavan in the lead role, who has also written, produced, and directed the film.
Rashtra Kavach Om (1st July)
Starring Aditya Roy Kapoor in his first action role, it is about a Para commando officer who is tasked to save the country.
Ranveer vs Wild (8th July)
Ranveer Singh is out in the wilderness of Serbia to find a rare flower for the love of his life, Deepika. But he is not alone. Who better to help him navigate through the dangers of the Wild? The legendary Bear Grylls! This Netflix original is an interactive series that will let the viewer decide Ranveer and Bear’s next step.
Khuda Haafiz: Chapter II – Agni Pariksha (8th July)
Originally going to release last month, The sequel to the hit 2020 film of the same name, Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2, will now be released on 8th July, with Vidyut Jammwal and Shivaleeka Oberoi returning.
HIT: The First Case (15th July)
Originally going to be released in May, HIT: The First Case will now release on 15th July and is a remake of the 2020 Telugu film of the same name. HIT is an action-thriller about a police officer who has to investigate a homicide case while overcoming his tragic past. It stars Rajkumar Rao and Sanya Malhotra in the lead roles.
Shabaash Mithu (15th July)
Based on the life of Mithali Raj, the former captain of the India women’s national cricket team, the film stars Taapsee Pannu in the titular role. The film chronicles her journey and is about the struggles faced by the team to give Women’s Cricket the recognition it deserves. Mumtaz Sorcar will essay the role of Jhulan Goswami, while Vijay Raaz is the team’s coach.
Jaadugar (15th July)
A Netflix Original, Jaadugar stars our beloved Jeetu bhaiya in the lead role along with Jaaved Jaaferi and Arushi Sharma. It revolves around Meenu, a small-time magician, who must win a football match with the weakest team to marry the love of his life.
Shamshera (22nd July)
After a four-year-long absence, Ranbir Kapoor returns to the big screen with YRF’s Magnum Opus, Shamshera. The film is set during the 1800s and revolves around a tribe of dacoits who seek their independence from the British. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor in pivotal roles.
Ek Villain Returns (29th July)
Sequel to the hit 2014 film of the same name, it stars John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, Disha Patani, and Tara Sutaria and will release on the 29th of the month.
