Time Management
Incorporate time management techniques into your study routine. You can study for 20 minutes and take a 5-minute break to relax and evaluate your headspace. Some people use ANIMEDORO to watch a 20-minute episode and then study for an hour.
Relaxing Activity
After you are completely exhausted, try to better yourself by completing a relaxing hobby. Draw, paint, listen to music, etc. You can open Netflix and watch their latest shows, too.
Journalling
Write down what you feel. Writing down emotions helps you understand them better and get an idea of how to go about after. A perfect example is Diary of a Wimpy Kid, where journalling is a coping mechanism.
Breathing Exercises
Adding breathing exercises and yoga to your routine will help clear your mind and relax your joints, which might be tense from exhaustion.
Sleep
Do nothing but sleep; Sometimes, this is the best thing you can do for yourself. Sleeping helps relax not only your body and mind. This will help you feel better after waking up.
Talk to Someone
Talking to someone about the load of work, your feelings of exhaustion, your mental space, etc gets you another perspective on overcoming them.
Stop
Sometimes, it is okay to take a break for yourself. Remove the stressor from your environment and try to forget about it briefly.
