7 Things Every Short Person Can Relate To
Drowning too soon
You are out with friends, chilling at the pool, and it’s all going good until everyone starts hitting the deeper end, and you barely manage to keep up!
Group pictures
Just remind yourself every time you get nervous when someone shouts ‘group selfie’; it’s a reward if we manage to make ourselves as visible as everyone else.
Everything is too far to reach
A step stool is your way to everything in the house placed on higher shelves, and it’s not the most convenient thing to live with.
Shopping is always a trouble
Whether the kids’ section should do it or the smallest adult size will do the job, will always remain a question without an answer because none of them fit perfectly!
Awkward hugs
It takes a little time to get into a decent position, and then it’s too long for it to be a decent hug.
It’s almost like everyone’s brisk walking (even if they aren’t!)
With short heights come short legs, making it difficult for us to catch up with everyone else walking at a normal pace. And with this, a power walk is the only option which is not the prettiest thing to watch!
Being called cute (without even attempting)
Right, all of us agree on this one. What do we call cute? Something small, compact, and short? Like a child? Well, guess what, We never stop being a child for many people who equate short to cute. And over the age of 18, it is just too brutal to call us cute.
Let us know of more such things that have undesirably followed you and your short self! It’s actually cute, tbh (or not!)
